Leading VELUX as creative director was a rewarding experience, as I got to reframe how we told the story of roof windows. Not only did we transform the brand from speaking only to installers, but we also gave it a head start in the hearts and minds of homeowners worldwide. Along the way, we double commercials of the agency and build a lasting client agency relationship.

Telling diverse stories

Working with the clients, we developed multi-asset campaigns for replacement, installation and even shutters. But, it was their openness to reflect the real world that truly made our campaigns sing. During my tenure, we introduced a more diverse range of homeowners into their stores, including a queer couple, a single mum, and more people of mixed ethnicity - reflecting modern Europe.

Audio Branding

Working with VELUX gave me the opportunity to drive audio branding across its communications. Allowing us to signal the warmth, trust and quality that VELUX promises through sound.
