KFC going beyond CRM

As a creative on the KFC account, I was tasked with creating interactive CRMs for the brand. However, I wanted to push the work to really connect with culture and interactivity, so we answered the brief and some of it. From gaming, to creating a gravy boat and an interactive card game online… we just made it social. Cos, why not?

To recruit new fans to the wonderfully messy world of our dirty Louisiana burger, we created a runner game played on socials for fans to redeem prizes.
